Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope and Provider These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Basmala Designs, operated by Mehmet-Ali Bilen, Lorenz-Hagen-Straße 21, 90461 Nuremberg ("Seller"). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Section 2 Conclusion of Contract The product listing does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. Receipt of your order is confirmed immediately by email (this does not yet constitute acceptance). The contract is concluded once we declare acceptance or ship the goods.

Section 3 Prices and Shipping Costs All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation under Section 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

Section 4 Production and Delivery Time Our products are made to order. The estimated delivery time is stated on the respective product page.

Section 5 Payment Payment can be made via PayPal, Klarna, or credit/debit card (Shopify Payments). The respective provider's terms may apply.

Section 6 Delivery We deliver within Germany and to the member states of the European Union. Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide. Which countries are available for delivery and which shipping costs apply will be shown to you during the ordering process.

Section 7 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until paid in full.

Section 8 Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our separate withdrawal instructions.

Section 9 Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply.

Section 10 Consumer Dispute Resolution We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Section 11 Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall be unaffected.
