Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Where goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins upon taking possession of the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract (the deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired). You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
