Order and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Since each piece is only made after your order, processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is via DHL and takes another 1-2 business days. You can expect a total delivery time of approx. 2-4 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs a flat 4.95 euros and is done via DHL. From an order value of 20 euros, shipping is free.
Can the package be delivered directly to a different address?
Yes - you can enter a different delivery address at checkout. Ideal if you want to send a gift directly to the recipient.
Products and Material
What material are the products made of?
All products are made of high-quality PLA (polylactic acid) - a bio-based, recyclable plastic. PLA is light, sturdy, durable, and has a fine matte finish reminiscent of ceramic.
What colors are available?

What is the dovetail joint on the large formats?
The Bismillah Thuluth calligraphy in size M consists of several segments joined together with a precise dovetail joint. The joint is nearly invisible after assembly and holds the piece absolutely stable - a technical solution that enables large formats without any loss of quality.
How do I care for my wall decor?
Wipe the surface as needed with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents. The products are not suitable for outdoor use or damp rooms such as bathrooms.
Mounting
How do I mount the wall art?
Matching nail mounts are located on the back of each wall piece for easy wall mounting. Alternatively, you can use double-sided tape. For heavier pieces, we recommend nail mounting.
Sustainability
Are the products sustainable?
Yes - we produce exclusively to order, without stock and without overproduction. The PLA material is recyclable and bio-based. Each piece is only made when it is actually needed.
Returns and Other
Can I return or exchange?
