Order and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Since each piece is only produced after your order, the processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping is via DHL and takes another 1-2 business days. You can expect a total delivery time of approx. 2-4 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs a flat rate of 4.95 Euros and is done via DHL. For orders over 50 Euros, shipping is free.
Can I have the package delivered directly to a different address?
Yes - you can specify a different delivery address at checkout. Ideal if you want to send a gift directly to the recipient.
Products and Material
What material are the products made of?
All products are made of high-quality PLA (polylactic acid) - a bio-based, recyclable plastic. PLA is light, stable, durable, and has a fine matte finish that resembles ceramic.
What colors are available?
You can see the available colors and variants directly on the respective product page. For individual color requests or special requests, please contact us via our contact page.
What is the dovetail joint on the large formats?
The Bismillah Thuluth calligraphy in size M consists of several segments that are assembled using a precise dovetail joint. The joint is almost invisible after assembly and holds the piece absolutely stable - a technical solution that allows for large formats without loss of quality.
How do I care for my wall decor?
Wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth if necessary. Avoid harsh cleaning agents. The products are not suitable for outdoor use or damp rooms such as bathrooms.
Assembly
How do I attach the wall art?
On the back of each wall art, there are suitable nail mounts for easy wall installation. Alternatively, you can use double-sided tape. For heavier pieces, we recommend nail mounting.
Sustainability
Are the products sustainable?
Yes - we produce exclusively to order, without inventory and without overproduction. The material PLA is recyclable and bio-based. Each piece is only created when it is truly needed.

Can I return or exchange?
Since each piece is individually made to your order, special regulations apply. You can find all details in our cancellation policy. If you have problems with your order, please contact us directly - we will find a solution.
Do you offer custom designs?
