Shipping policy

Delivery Area We deliver within Germany as well as to the member states of the European Union. The countries selectable during checkout correspond to the shipping zones set up in our shop.

Processing and Delivery Time Our products are made to order. Processing time is generally 4-8 business days, plus shipping transit time: usually 1-3 business days within Germany, and generally 3-7 business days to other EU countries. Any deviating delivery times are noted on the respective product page.

Shipping Costs Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95. For all other EU member states, the flat shipping fee is €7.49. From an order value of €50, we ship free of charge - within Germany and to all EU countries we deliver to. Shipping costs are shown again separately during checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping Carrier Shipping is carried out via DHL/Deutsche Post. Where available, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delays Should processing of made-to-order goods exceptionally take longer, we will inform you immediately by email.
